WARRANTY

All of our items soldin working condition have a minimum 14 day warranty, unless otherwise stated inthe listing. Please refer to the item you are purchasing, some have exchangeonly and some are sold for “ parts only” and some have no warranty at all.

SHIPPING

We will use most all shipping methods, andwill refund the shipping difference if it is calculated to high on ebay. Notall shipping options are shown available when purchasing an item on ebay.However, if you send us an email we will change it, and if possible makearrangements for the item to be shipped your preferred way.

EXPEDITEDSHIPPING IS AVAILABLE

Please allow 1-2additional business days for packaging large items, or items that need to besent freight. Please note:

 For orders placed before 4:00 p.m. CAwe will try to ship the same day depending on overall order volumes; ordersplaced after 4:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.

 Ordersplaced after 4:00 a.m. CA on Friday will not be shipped out until the followingMonday.

 Mostall items may be expedited and we will let you know the addition fee.

 FedExand UPS labels may be prepaid by you, and emailed with approval.

PAYMENTS

We Gladly Accept Payments via PayPal.

We also accept WireTransfers and Cashiers Checks.

 Checks must clear prior to item beingshipped.

 We do have a company website whereitems maybe purchased as well.

Sales Tax: We are required by law tocollect 7.5% sales tax in California and 8.75% Santa Clara County

RETURNS

We want to make sure youre 100% satisfied with your purchase!If, by chance, a product needs to be returned to us it must be in thecondition you received them in, with all warranty stickers in place and in theoriginal box and/or packaging. A refund for returns will be made promptly uponreceipt of the item. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. We donot accept COD´s and any item sent "Return To Sender" is not usuallyreceived. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for returns.
