Please note that the postage charge on each item also includes packaging and disbursement costs, not purely the actual postage rate what is stamped on the item.

As per eBays capped postage and packaging rate, all our items postage costs are set accurately and within eBay guidelines.

Your item will normally be dispatched within 3 days of payment being received. The items that we dispatch can take at least 5 working days to arrive and sometimes up to 10 days. As Royal mail 2nd class post is not always as quick as it should be.

Royal mail do not class an item as lost for 15 working days so please allow time for them to arrive before investigating their whereabouts.

If you are not at home when they try to deliver, they will more than likely try your neighbours. If delivery with them is unsuccessful, they will try to deliver another 2 times. If the item has still not been delivered after all these attempts, they will return the item to us and you will have to pay postage again for us to redeliver.

It would be much appreciated if you could avoid giving low ratings for delivery times as we do not have control over the delivery services. If you have a problem or do not receive your item within 10 days of payment, please contact me and I will do my best to help!

Return Information

Should items need to be returned for any reason, you must contact me before proceeding so that I can provide return details. If you decide that you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must notify me within 3 days of you receiving your goods and must then return them within two weeks. Please note that refunds on Postage & Packaging are not offered as this is the actual postage paid for the item to be sent to you (this also includes items where free postage & packaging was offered).

Returns only apply to Buy-It-Now listings. Returns on auction format sales are not possible.

Before deciding to return the item, you have a statutory duty to take care of the goods in your possession. This includes any packaging which forms part of the goods, for example; card, pins, tissue paper, plastic bag etc. The item must be returned unused and unopened and in the exact same condition as it was sent out to you in.

Deliberately damaged returned goods will not be refunded but will be returned to sender.

Any items that are being returned due to possible faults or damage will be inspected thoroughly by the returns department before issuing a full refund, as per standard practice. If no fault is found with the item, you will receive a refund for everything but postage costs (as mentioned above).
