Shipping

Handling time is 1 day. We try to ship same day if we can, but it will for sure ship next business day, Unless the item specifies a longer shipping time (large, heavy or delicate items may need special packaging which we may not have on hand). Surplus Items

Surplus items may have shelf dust, dirt, scratches etc (LOOK at ALL the Pictures).

Boxes or packages may be open, cut open, or may not include original packaging.

Warranty

We Give A 30 day Warranty against DOA. DEAD ON ARRIVAL ONLY

If a replacement item is available, A replacement will be sent out when we receive the defective one back

Cosmetics are NOT covered under Surplus Stock Items.

All Sales Are Final Except DOA or Item Not as Described.

Warranty is not good on electrical items if you burn it up by not installing it correctly.

Abuse is not covered.

Swapping out a damaged item for our good item is not covered.

We reserve the right to OPEN UNOPENED items to put our tamper proof return authorization sticker on any item.

If Our security seals are missing or cut that is considered "tampered with" and We will NOT issue a refund.

No Labor covered, and buyer pays return postage Unless the item is faulty then We will pay everything.

25% restocking fee applies plus postage to you (and no refund of your postage to me) Unless the item has a valid issue that was not disclosed in the item description or if the item is not what we say it is.

Factory Warranties

If the item you are purchasing has warranty information (IE: warranty cards, registration papers) Assume that any and all factory warranties are Null and Void.

This purchase would be a third party purchase, most companies will only honor a warranty purchased by the 1st or original buyer.

You are buying SURPLUS Stock and most likely wont be eligible for a "Factory Warranty", that is one reason it is cheaper than a "NEW" one.
