• 14 days return policy on All Items unless otherwise stated.

• All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

• All items being returned are expected to arrive in original purchasing condition or damages will be deducted from your refund.

• Please use original packaging when returning your purchase.

• Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

• Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured for full value by buyer. Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.

• Please insure your return shipment for full value; if your item is lost during shipment you may not receive a refund.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

• After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund via PayPal or Mailed Check within a reasonable period of time.
