SETUP AND OPERATION: Connect to fusedelectrical supply, fill with clean, approvedhydraulic fluid and connect to fixture. Mountpush button clamping switch near the operator(two furnished with shuttle machine units).Push one button to clamp and unclamp.OPERATING PRINCIPLES: The heart of theunit is a precision, long-life radial-piston pumpcontrolled upon pressure demand by the integralpressure switch. This switch is adjustable,to give you precise and repeatable clampingforces. Automatic pressure control is assured,because the pump restarts if pressure drops.Clamping pressure is assured even with anelectrical power failure since the solenoidvalves are mechanically held in the clampedposition - and only need power to unclamp. Thepoppet design of these valves means positive,leakage-free sealing.
