DESCRIPTIONS

Please read descriptions carefully, we list any features, specifications and details we know and/or research. When possible we test the basic features If you don’t see the information you need or notice any discrepancies; Contact Us! We are here to answer all your questions regarding our eBay Listings and our eBay Store. Dont assume items come with any accessories not shown in pictures. All items come as shown in pictures.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover via PayPal. Payments are expected within 3 days after the close of the auction. An eBay Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be filed if payment has not been received. After 10 business days of non-payment item will be relisted and no payment from previous transaction will be accepted.

Sales Tax applies to CA residents only.

STORAGE

We offer storage services from small items to full containers. We also offer container loading, Contact us for prices.

For buyers bidding on, or buying multiple items, we will hold them for up to 7 days at no charge, after 7 days fees may apply. Contact us when you are planning to bid on multiple items across multiple days.

We offer two kinds of storage fees:
Inside:$ 2.50 per sq. footOutside: $ 2.00 per sq. foot

FEEDBACK

If after receiving your item, you have concerns, questions or the item is not what you expected please Contact Us! We want to make your transaction a pleasant experience. Don’t leave Negative or Neutral feedback before doing it. We are professionals and we are here to help you.

RETURNS

All equipment (ebay items) listed as "WORKING" condition and under the "USED" category have a limited warranty. The limited warranty will not include, cover, apply or correspond to purchases of any and all equipment with electrical wiring and or electronic components. The limited warranty will also not cover equipment that leave the premises without having a certified electrical technician test the item before picking it up or shipping it out. Once the item leaves the premises it no longer carries any warranty from 1Machinerysales. Please contact us before hand to schedule a test.

Items listed in “AS IS” condition or “For Parts or Repair” have no warranty, read our descriptions carefully.

Refund can be process in the form of exchange, merchandise, store credit or money back.

Buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us; we will be responsible to ship the exchange back.

Any modifications made to the item not authorized by 1 Machinery Sales, will void any warranty.

SHIPPING

For combined shipping items should meet the following criteria:

Combined items should fit in any of the flat Rate Boxes offered by USPS.

All items must be paid at same time for the same invoice.

All items should be shipped to the same address.

Carriers: USPS flat Rate, FedEx Ground & UPS Ground.

For International: USPS Priority Intl.

Please note UPS & Fedex charge extra for residential delivery.

HANDLING FEES

Fees will apply as follow:

Handling fees are subject to change if item(s) are oversized.

LOCAL PICK UP

Please call to schedule a time & day for pick up. When picking up have your paperwork ready (eBay Invoice and eBay ID) and a valid ID ready.

Handling fees will also apply for local pickups (will call).

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (closed from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm for lunch), please wait in the front office a person will be assigned to you.

All buyers must message via eBay with cleared payment before picking up your item.

Liability

Please understand that managing tools and machinery can be dangerous, our items weight can go from a couple of pounds to hundreds or even thousands. For this reason we have to limit local pick-ups to the use of forklift on items heavier than 100 lbs. Items weighting less than 100lbs. will be loaded into customers vehicle with no exception.

Please note that a $25.00 loading fee will apply if Forklift Services required. Unless stated in the listing above.

FREIGHT

Freight charges on the invoice will be from FedEx Freight. If you do not wish to use FedEx Freight services please contact us at [email protected].

Items that require a standard 4’x4’ pallet will have a $25.00 fee. Please call for pricing on items that require custom skid or custom crating.

We encourage our customers to arrange their own shipping on items that cannot be shipped through FedEx ground (items over 150 Lbs.) A $25.00 Loading fee will apply unless stated in the listing.

If youre arranging your own freight please have a completed bill of lading before sending a truck.

ITEMS OVER $15,000.00

Prior to placing a bid of $15,000.00 or more buyer requires verification of payment status which could be credit card or any other alternative means.

CLAIMS

In the event that your item gets damaged during shipment please following the steps below.

Damaged packages.

1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim.
2) Take clear photos of the box & item showing the damage.
3) Send all photos to us via eBay messages & provide a short description on what is broken.

Damaged pallets.

If your shipment shows visible signs of damage, immediately ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt.

1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim.
2) Take clear photos of the pallet/item before offloading.
3) Send all photos to us via eBay messages & provide a short description on what is broken.

Once all that information is received we will contact the carrier and submit a claim.
*Freight claims only apply if 1MachinerySales arranged the freight*

Due to the investigation process It may take up to 10 business days to process a claim
